About Me

My photo
Justin
Before beginning advanced studies, Justin lived in both Israel and the Palestinian Territories engaging with communities across religious, ethnic, and political barriers. In addition to lending his hands to several NGOs in the West Bank, his service included spending a year delivering Muslim Iraqi and Palestinian children through Christian charities to Jewish doctors in Israel for life saving heart surgeries. In 2012 Justin earned a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, concentrating in New Testament and early Christianity and Jewish Studies, focusing, in particular, on the Jewish and Christian Bibles and the history of early Judaism and Christianity with an eye toward the contemporary application of their ancient interactions. Currently, Justin is a Fulbright scholar in Germany undertaking a research project entitled "German Specters in North American Research on Early Christianity and Judaism."
